This is why Stand Up Paddling is Awesome

This footage is pretty amazing, crystal blue water, beautiful ladies and of course - Stand up paddling boards to get around on. If only we knew where exactly it was - all we know for sure is that its between Perth and Karratha, but that doesn't exactly help much with thousands of kilometres of coastline to explore.

Our good friends at Reflex films have done a great job of capturing the magic or paddling, with snorkelling, a bit of surfing - a quick lay in the sun and then back to civilisation. What a fantastic way to spend a few days.

Using a stand up paddle board to get around and explore the reefs not only eco friendly, but offers exclusive access to some areas that no other watercraft can get too, particularly in the case of national parks. Sure, you might be joined by a few kayaks or canoes, but they can't see underwater as well as you can. The elevated paddling position offered by a SUP board means you can see everything, even that tiny little GoPro camera you left nestled in amongst the reef.

Check out the video below - and if you know where the location is, keep it to yourself!
