Right now the who’s who of paddling in Australia is pushing hard, digging deep and picking the best of the best waves from each set in the hope of winning the title of Australian Champion. Currumbin beach is playing host to the event and thanks to the amazing natural setup of the place, it’s got perfect peeling waves, flat water inside the creek and world class downwinder conditions every afternoon when the wind picks up.

Wednesday 6th November:

2pm (all times AEST) Opening Ceremony and Competitor Briefing Currumbin RSL, Currumbin Creek Road, Currumbin.
3.00pm-5.00pm – Welcome Function, Alley Restaurant, Currumbin RSL
4.00pm – Team Managers and Judges Meetings, Currumbin RSL


Thursday 7th – Saturday 9th November:
Competition Period for all SUP and Prone Surfing and Technical Racing Divisions Currumbin Alley, Gold Coast

Sunday 10th November:
SUP and Prone Marathon Racing Divisions Venue TBC – Conditions depending, finishing creek side at Currumbin RSL

SUPer Sunday Races following Marathon races – Dress SUP Dash for Cash, Bridge to Bridge Relays Currumbin Creek

6.00pm – Event Presentation, Waterside Room, Currumbin RSL
7.00pm – 11.00pm: Closing Ceremony Function, Waterside Room, Currumbin RSL
