Backwash waves explode throwing SUP Surfer into the air

What's a backwash wave? Its when a normal wave hits a reef or rock wall, then bounces back out, smashing into the other waves coming in. The result is below, and it's pretty spectacular. 

Check out little Noah in Hawaii, riding his PSH Hull ripper on the backwash waves - his exceptional surfing skills are the only thing keeping him on the board.

Remember, don't try this one at home! These conditions are really dangerous and could leave you either washed up on the rocks, or washed up UNDER the rocks if put a foot wrong.
