Emerging Nations Programme (ENP) 2011* begins this Sunday 27 March. The popular ENP project is proving its worth in identifying young international sailing talent and will bring 11 exciting sailors from developing sailing nations to Perth, Western Australia, in search of Olympic glory. Implemented as a world first sailing initiative in July 2009 the ENP project assists young sailors to increase their sailing skills and helps them towards international success.
