Seabrake, which has been described as being 'One of the Greatest Safety Devices ever invented' and which has received numerous sea safety and design awards is up for sale!! This presents as an outstanding business opportunity in the global multi billion dollar marine industry.
Seabrake International has come to their hardest decision since their inception in 1982 that it is time to sell their revolutionary technology.
'With a newly patented drift anchor ready for release which has exciting commercial prospects, adding to the company's internationally recognised GP range, it is the right time for somebody with resources and knowledge of the industry to take Seabrake to a whole new level' said Chairman Kevin Cuthbertson.
'Our founder John Abernethy, who has been battling poor health of recent years was the first to agree that new blood at this very exciting stage in Seabrake's future is the only course to take in order to exploit its full global potential.'
Seabrake first took the world by storm with its hard bodied Seabrake in 1982 winning an Australian Design Award in 1988. People such as the late Sir Peter Blake who have used Seabrake in life and death situations state clearly that without their Seabrake they would not have survived.
Achieving SOLAS Certification - the international safety standard, alone speaks of the quality and scrutiny of which this product represents.
The company's intellectual property comprising Trade Marks, Patents, Designs, Domain names, Logo, international standing, and all worldwide rights are being offered for sale.

The Sale Process
Due to highly commercially sensitive information, interested parties will be required to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and at this time will receive an Expression of Interest document detailing the timetable and key aspects of the sale by tender.
There have already been many signed Non Disclosure Agreements from interested parties from US, UK , Europe and New Zealand, however there have been many more responses requesting whether Seabrake International has set a reserve price. .
While :
(1) many millions of dollars have been invested in Seabrake 's technology, and
(2) there are significant global opportunities to exploit this (untapped) market
I advise there is absolutely NO RESERVE .......and it is simply proposed to be sell the IP to the highest bidder.
Given these recent requests regarding a reserve price, the period for returning Non Disclosure Agreements has been extended to Friday 4 July.
Forwarding signed NDA will enable you to receive a comprehensive INFORMATION MEMORANDUM
This will include EXCLUSIVE sea trial photographs of the Company's revolutionary new Drift Anchor in operation.
This will be followed by the provision of an Information Memorandum and the release of EXCLUSIVE sea trial photographs of the revolutionary new Drift Anchor in operation.
Seabrake International is also willing to demonstrate the operation of this new Drift Anchor at a subsequent Sea Trial, at the cost of the interested party.
