Weymouth's Nothe Gardens has been announced as the proposed ticketed spectator location for the Olympic sailing events and is anticipated to hold up to 4,600 spectators providing a great Games experience with views close to the medal course. As planning consent has not yet been granted for the temporary structures and facilities required at the Nothe Gardens during the Olympic Games, the RYA asked LOCOG to clarify the ticketing situation, should the application be unsuccessful.
