Volvo Ocean Race In-Port Race. With wind and tide still and issue, the fleet remains ashore. Dock-out is planned for noon local time in Qingdao, or 04:00 GMT.

Currently, the sun has nearly burned off all of the lingering fog from this morning, but the wind remains light. However the fleet will gather on the race course area allowing the Race Committee to take advantage of any wind that materialises.

Taking into account the non-existent wind this morning, the Race Committee has decided to hold the fleet ashore for an extra hour or so, with dock-out being pushed back until noon. That means no racing is likely before 13:30.

With the sun burning through the mist, Sunday looks like a dramatically different day compared to yesterday. But one similarity remains...the wind is very, very light this morning.

The forecast is for a light day, but the Race Committee thinks there may be a window around noon local time when the wind gets up above five knots to allow for fair racing. Later in the afternoon, the fog is forecast to return in earnest.
