Sailors are used to reading the sailing news of today, online.
It might be the B14's, the Sabots, J24's, Etchells, 505's, Fireballs, Hartley TS16's, Mirrors, NS14's - all these classes post reports via the Sail-World Upload system.
Why? Because their Event and Class Publicity officers know that sailors don't want to read about the Nationals and Worlds in March, they want to know NOW!
If your Nationals are running and there is no report on Sail-World, email or call your Publicity Person now with this information.
Here is the upload link... it's so easy... even the offshore events guys can do it!!
Loading News/Stories/Press/Images releases into Sail-World, go to
www.sail-world.com/admin/add_story.cfm
Why would you bother??
During January 2010, we will have more than a a third of a million visits from sailors on Sail-World.com - around 165,000 individual readers; that make us easily the largest sailing publication in the Asia Pacific.
Why complain that we never run news from your Class or Association - upload it yourself.
If you upload with your story at least one landscape image that is a minimum of 660 pixels wide, 72 dpi we will be able to load your story and photo to the Yachting Australia website too. (Of course we'd like have a dozen images.)
If you have any queries please contact us via editor(at)sail-world.com, skype sailworldaustralia or phone +61249772116
Sail-World.com looks forward to receiving your latest Class or Association news.
