Hold it a minute, I doubt that any rain falls in Spain, or for that matter anywhere else!

Reason being it all falls in "Sunny Queensland."

As I write this (10.30am Queensland time, Tuesday) it has been raining non-stop on the Gold Coast since Sunday afternoon.

The forecast is for more of the same, at least until Friday. It is of little help to those how want to go boating or those whose livelihood involved selling boats.

Does the Weather Bureau know what's going on?
I doubt it; consider this, on Thursday last week I visited the Fox weather channel, which gives the forecast for the next 28 days.

It predicted 17 of the next 28 days would be wet. Two days later, the forecast stated that 19 of the next 28 days would be wet.

Then, yesterday (Monday), guess what? The bureau now predicts six of the next 28 days will be wet.

Fair dinkum, trillions of dollars worth of satellites whizzing around up there and I don't think they're got a clue.
