Nearly 500 adult and youth sailors are enjoyed spirited racing in The Showdown 2010 regatta on Hobart's River Derwent in a light southerly seabreeze this afternoon after lack of wind delayed the start of keelboat, dinghy and catamaran racing for up to one and a half hours. The regatta is Tasmania's biggest event for off-the-beach classes, as well attracting strong fleets of keelboats and sports boats, and is the second annual event conducted by The Royal Yacht Club of Tasmania.
