Strong winds prevented racing in all classes on Day 2 of the Volvo ISAF Youth Worlds in Brazil.

Winds of over 35kts were caused by a stationary front ahead of a deepening trough of low pressure.

It is not certain as to the effect this weather system will have on the regatta, Sail-World expects to be able to publish its own prognosis later today.
