The next stop on the PWA World Tour is Spain. The 2008 Costa Brava event runs from June 10 to June 15 2008 in the Gulf of Roses, Costa Brava, Catalunya, Spain.

The Gulf of Roses has 12 kms of beaches encompassing four towns (Roses, Castell? d'Emp?ries-Empuriabrava, Sant Pere Pescador and L'Escala). All are beautiful tourist towns with a big potential for water sports and other holiday activities.

The wind blows all year long, the Tramuntana (mistral) in the winter (20/45 kms.) and thermic winds in summer (10/25 kms.). The hot weather and the long beach make this spot a great location for beginners and there are 12 windsurf schools along the gulf.
