We trust that the winds tonight on the North Queensland coast, will be less than forecast. 160 knots is almost beyond comprehension. We hope everyone keeps their heads down and that the time honoured method of sheltering boats in the mangroves up river works. That is where all the boats from the Cairns Marinas have gone. One thing is for sure this will be the supreme test. We spend a lot of time looking at the BOM services.
