Luxury syndicated boat ownership company Riviera Syndication has opened an office in Sydney.

Headed by Andy Young, the business is based at the R Marine office in Rushcutters Bay.

Riviera Syndication CEO John Russell said the company has decided by client demand to launch with the award-winning Riviera 4400 Sport Yacht which is on display at Rushcutters Bay.

'We are offering a limited 10 shares in the beautiful 4400 Sport Yacht,' he said. 'It comes fully optioned and its Volvo Penta IPS and joystick controller makes it the easiest boat to manoeuvre on the waterways of Sydney.'

Andy Young said shares for Sydney's first Riviera syndicated 4400SY are $109,000, including all options, plus $14,900 per annum ongoing costs. Riviera Syndication vessels are operated for three years, after which they are sold and the resale value is returned to the syndicate owners.

'We are proud to offer a fully optioned boat,' said Andy. 'It includes a barbecue, tender with outboard and air conditioning throughout the interior. In fact, there is everything on board for a family to enjoy the beautiful Sydney Harbour and its reaches.

'Riviera Syndication owners are entitled to over a month's usage each year plus unlimited standby days,' said Andy. 'The owners also have unique access to an exchange program with Riviera boats based at Sanctuary Cove and Hamilton Island in Queensland.'

The move to Sydney comes after successful launches at Sanctuary Cove on Queensland's Gold Coast6, at Hamilton Island in the tropical Whitsundays and in Fremantle, Western Australia. The company has also announced plans for a boat launch in Melbourne.
