Walking down the marina at the Meridien Marinas Airlie Beach Race Week it is great sight to see a diverse range of ages across the competing boats. Men, women, boys and girls head out each day set to battle the winds and their divisional foes. What is particularly pleasing to see is a group of keen youth sailors joining their dads on the race track.
