Lesley Haslar of Bay of Islands Sailing Week fame says that it's time for skippers and owners to advise crew of the dates for 2011. January 18 2011 is registration, with three great days of racing on January 19, 20, 21. The event is in its ninth year. It started in 2003 with just 38 boats, and hopes to have 100 entries for 2011. This year an Inner Course on which the NZ Nationals will be held for the Flying Fifteens and Elliott 5.9s (sharing a startboat with the sports boats).
