METS is the Premier European exhibition of equipment, materials, systems and services for the international leisure craft trade and industry.

Over 90% of exhibitors plan to return to METS every year. In 1988 METS started with 100 exhibitors and 41% of these original attendees have exhibited at every consecutive METS to date.

At METS 2008, 1210 exhibitors (of which 115 SuperYacht Pavilion) presented thousands of new and proven marine products to an audience of over 18,485 marine professionals. These visitors travelled from all over the globe (89 countries) seeking new products, new trends and taking advantage of three days of METS-style networking - working hard and playing hard!

METS is positioned as the 'biggest, best and only truly global marine equipment trade show'. A trade-only event, it is held in a comfortable and professional environment, offering international reach - both in terms of exhibitors and visitors. METS prides itself on being 'a business hub around which a wealth of networking and learning opportunities revolve'.

METS is also a platform for innovation. Thousands of new products are launched every year, ideas are exchanged, new relationships forged and inspiration gained for products of the future. METS has an established and growing SuperYacht Pavilion, dedicated to exhibitors that supply equipment and services to the luxury boat market. Known as the SYP as it has a niche all of its own, the pavilion sports a special upmarket atmosphere with luxury catering facilities. The SYP is complemented by the Global Superyacht Forum, a leading industry conference that attracts hundreds of high profile speakers and delegates from around the world.
