London Boat Show - Starting 9 January

'The Main Stage will be full of spectacular events' .
The London International Boat Show returns to ExCeL this January, and it will be celebrating 55 years of bringing boating to the nation's capital.

There will be hundreds of fascinating boats on display, from historic replica vessels to the latest in marine technology. With over 500 exhibitors showcasing power and sail boats, dinghies, deck equipment, charter holidays, sailing courses and more, it promises to offer something for all.


Visitors will be able to test their marine skills against friends and family with Deck Games in the interactive zone, the the show will also feature rowing competitions and model boating and canoeing. There'll even be a splash or two!

Climbing onboard the Royal Navy Frigate, HMS Westminster moored outside on the show's marina will be part of the fun, and while on the dock, one will be able to go see the narrow and wide-beam boats at the west end of the dock or be entertained by the variety of ON-WATER ACTIVITY.

Then, every midday, there'll be Seaskool, in association with the Maritime Coastguard Agency, the new educational slot teaching participants how to enjoy and get into boating.

In the North Hall, the Main Stage powered by Fairline be there providing everyone a great show and atmosphere. There will be an 'underwater' show 'A Mermaid's Tale', an aerial display, extreme acrobatics, dance and music, and also some marine inspired catwalk collections. To add a touch of sparkle to the show, luxury swimwear and evening brands will also be showcased!

That's not all, but it's enough of a teaser to make anyone close to London want to be there.
