Sites offline today.

All the Sail-World.com.Powerboat-World.com and MarineBusiness-World.com sites will be offline from 7:30pm - 9:30pm (AEST), 9:30pm-11:30pm NZ time, 5:30-7:30pm (Hong Kong/Singapore time), 8:30am- 10:30am GMT, 3:30am-5:30am (USA/Canada east coast time)

The ever growing TetraMedia Marine group, now with 17 sites world-wide, is the largest marine news network in the world and is completing another major server upgrade.

Publisher Rob Kothe explained today 'Our world-wide traffic continues to grow; the first month of 2010 was 33% up on last year's numbers, with more than 300,000 site visits.

'While we do many of our upgrades without sites going offline, this newest upgrade does mean the sites will be offline for two hours.

'This upgrade will enable a doubling in server capacity and an extra level of power security.

'We have timed this upgrade to precede next week's start to the 33rd America's Cup, as we will be sending out 85,000 newsletters for between five and eight days (depending on how long the series takes).

'We regret the inconvenience for all site visitors but look forward to the speed benefits of this major upgrade.'
