A free Ladies training weekend was held at the South Lake Macquarie Amateur Sailing Club at Sunshine on Lake Macquarie, New South Wales on 17th and 18th September.

The weekend proved to be highly successful, motivating and a fun experience for participants. The next Ladies training weekend is already in the planning and will be scheduled for early 2012.
