Twice America's Cup winner, Alinghi, leads the nine strong fleet of Decision 35's competing on at Beaulieu-sur-Mer, sandwiched between Nice and Monaco on the Mediterranean, in the sixth Act of the Vulcain Trophy.

The Swiss sailing team now lead the Grand Prix Beaulieu-sur-Mer regatta by eight points ahead of French Foncia Team, with one day left to sail.

Helmed by Ernesto Bertarelli, the Alinghi crew consists of Tanguy Cariou - Tactics; Pierre-Yves Jorand - Mainsail; Nils Frei - Trimmer; Coraline Jonet - Trimmer; Yves Detrey - Bow
