| Hungarian Sailors Szabolcs Majthenyi and Andras Domokos (HUN 70) again dominated today's racing taking two bullets at the Flying Dutchman Worlds in Napier. This effectively gives them the world championship with one race to go in the Championship series.

Race 7 started in six knots of easterly breeze increasing to 10 by race end.
Following two general recalls the fleet got away under a black flag. Hungarians Szabolcs Majthenyi and Andras Domokos (HUN 70) led from start to finish. Paul Scoffin and Pavel Ruzicka (NZL 145) were 1 minute 30 seconds behind in second place with Dutch pair Enno Kramer and Ard Geelkerken (NED 26) third.
The breeze had build to a steady 12 knots and increasing for race 8, which started clean on the first start. The Hungarians again took the lead and built on it through to the finish winning by over a minute.
The two leading Aussies had a battle throughout the race with Norman Rydge and Richard Scarr (AUS 37) taking second and Ian McCrossin and James Cook (AUS 33) taking third place.
Overall placings see title favourites Hungarians Majthenyi/ Domokos take an unassailable lead in the world championship with a race to go. McCrossin/Cook hold second by 5 points over compatriots Rydge/Scarr.
In the spirit of the Flying Dutchman class Majthenyi/Domokos will be on the water tomorrow for the final race and will also be looking to win the Flying Dutchman Silver Sombrero Trophy (best result without discards).
The regatta will conclude on Sunday with the Prize Giving Dinner.
