Co-incidental with the conduct of trials designed to give sailing's most prestigious and oldest trophy, the America's Cup, it's most dramatic makeover in 160 years, the International Sailing Federation will this week meet to decide whether it too, has the courage to make fundamental changes to its pinnacle event, the Olympic Games.
