Crown Series Bellerive Regatta attracts large diverse fleet

Crown Series Bellereve Regatta - A huge fleet of 105 of keelboats, plus up to 80 off-the-beach dinghies, sailboards, skiffs and catamarans, will line up on the River Derwent this coming weekend for the Crown Series Bellerive Regatta 2011. The regatta, organised by Bellerive Yacht Club, will start with a twilight race for keelboats on Friday evening, 25 February, and continue on Saturday and Sunday with the off-the-beach classes racing on Saturday and Sunday. For the first time yachts and sportsboats will race with spinnakers in the twilight race as well as in the races on Saturday and Sunday. Up ...
