Operations/OH&S Managers are invited to take part in the BIA NSW courses in Sydney and NSW regional locations explaining the Marinecard program for managing OH&S compliance.

More than 400 industry members now hold the Marinecard.

A number of half-day training courses are being offered in October and November, and this training will start again in February 2009.

OH&S Management Systems is a course currently being developed by BIA for business and/or facility managers with over-all responsibility for OH&S at their workplace. This training will guide participants through the legislation and compliance framework, and provide practical tools and templates for implementing day to day OH&S best practice in the marine industry workplace.
