Contender World Championship - Jono Neate finishes second

Australian Jono Neate from the Mornington Yacht Club finished second at the Contender World Championship behind Andrea Bonezzi (ITA). The event was sailed from the Sonderborg Yacht Club in Sweden.

Denmark's Jacob Lunding was third. The early series leader Jens Langendorf (DEN) was fourth. Simon Mussell (GBR) was fifth and performed well in the final three races, scoring 6,1,1.

Soren Dulong Andreasen (DEN) finished in sixth place, twelve points behind the winner Bonezzi. Christoph Homeier (GER) was seventh, Chris Peile (AUS) eighth, Jan von der Bank (GER) ninth and Graham Scott (GBR) tenth.
