Representing the host club, the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia, Griffin and his crew of Ted Hackney and Will Parker, come into this regatta match fit having placed fourth in the Governor's Cup held in late July and finishing second in the match racing event at the World University Games held in Greece in June.
