Barcelona World Race competitors Kito de Pavant and S?bastien Audigane and their team have reported the damage to Groupe Bel is too great for the yachjt to continue in the race. The duo has decided to abandon the Barcelona World Race and officially informed the race management this Friday at 1736hrs UTC. After arriving in Ushuaia on Wednesday evening the skippers and their completed the full assessment of Groupe Bel?s keel damage.
