Australian Sailing Team members Elise Rechici and Tessa Parkinson remain on top of the Women's fleet at the 470 Open Europeans, despite sailing into 30th place in Race 12 today.
This result now becomes their likely drop, but they still have a five point lead over Sylvia Vogl and Carlonia Flatscher from Austria.
The Swiss pair of Emanuelle Rol and Anne-Sophie Thilo move up into third place after a second in Race 12.
The USA team of Amanda Clark and Sarah Mergenthaler, the leaders for most of this regatta, have now fallen back into fifth place.
Stacey Omay and Chelsea Hall retain their 18th placing, after sailing a 16th today.
In the Men's Gold Fleet, Nathan Wilmot and Malcolm Page hang onto their third place, after finishing sixth.
The team from Israel, Gideon Klinger and Udi Gal move into first place on countback, from current World Champions Nic Asher and Elliot Willis from Great Britain. Wilmot and Page lie a further two points back.
In the Bronze fleet, Mathieu Higgins and Timothy Lynch remain in second place.
Racing concludes Saturday and includes the Medal Races in the Gold fleets.
