Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week - Cowes Week Limited (CWL) today announced that it has opened entries to the inaugural Aberdeen Asset Management Cowes Week. This year?s regatta takes place from 6 -13 August and will once again bring the Solent alive with spectacular backdrops and challenging racing for the diverse 1,000-boat fleet. The 2011 event celebrates the old and the new as 100-year-old wooden dayboats race alongside ultra-modern machines made of carbon fibre. This year also marks the latest chapter in the event?s evolution, with a number of new sponsors signing up to support the world?s best-known regatta. Celebrating ...
