Australia's Glenn Ashby has taken out his seventh A Class World Championships, on the Adriatic in Cesenatico Italy, from a fleet of 100 entries. Ashby won from current Australian A Cat champion Steve Brewin and in third place was Darwin sailor Jack Benson, who this week will be crewing for Brewin at the F18 Worlds, while Ashby will have his young protege Jimmy Spithill as crew.
