A-Cat World Championships: Australian Steve Brewin leads

A-Cat World Championships are being sailed in Cesenatico, Italy. 100 competitors from 17 different countries are fighting for the title. This is the third time this venue has staged the Worlds, Cesenatico also hosted the event in 1982 and 2000. The last two events here were sailed in light conditions. Racing continues until July 3rd. Race one was sailed in six to seven knots of easterly breeze, building slightly for the second race of the day. Glenn Ashby (AUS) won race 1 ahead of Steve Brewin (AUS).
