The 420 World Championships have concluded in Italy.

In the Mens Gold fleet, Antonios Tsimpoukelis and George Karonis (GRE) finished in top place, Giovanni Meloni and Alessandro Gemini (ITA) were second with the British pair of Ben Palmer and Knorad Weaver in third.

Martine Grael and Daniela Adler (BRA) were the winners of the Women's Championship. Alexandra Maloney and Bianca Barbarich-Bacher (NZL) were second, with Camilla Marino and Claudia Soricelli (ITA) third.

In the Silver Mens fleet, logan Dunning-Beck and Ben Goodwin (NZL) were first, Lovro Ivanov and Marko Caric (CRO) second, with Loukas Oulkeroglou and Grigoris Zografos (GRE) third.

Great Britain's Amy Seabright and Katrina Brwer finished top of the Women's Silver fleet, with Frederica Beltrame and Marcella Mamusa (ITA) third.
