Brisbane Boat Show visitors will be spoiled for choice at the Riviera Syndication display, with options on a 38 Open Flybridge based at Manly as well as shares in boats at Hamilton Island, Sydney on the Gold Coast and in the Mediterranean.
Australia's premier boating lifestyle operator, Riviera Syndication also has bargain opportunities on offer including a $39,000 resale share in a luxurious Riviera 3600 Sport Yacht based at Sanctuary Cove on the Gold Coast.

The company also has an economical share in a Riviera 4700 Sport Yacht based on the Gold Coast available during the Show.

At the other end of the scale, around $250,000 buys a share in a brand new Riviera 5800 Sport Yacht in Sydney or at Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays and $1.5 million secures a very special quarter share in a superyacht Riviera 78 Motoryacht that will cruise the coast of Australia and the Pacific for the next four years.

According to Riviera Syndication CEO John Russell, the company's recent successes at boat shows have demonstrated that the boating public is well educated in the lifestyle options available through syndication. 'Both the Sanctuary Cove and Sydney Boat Shows produced record results for us' said Mr Russell

'This is a very attractive option for people with busy lifestyles. They don't need to tie up large amounts of capital to enjoy million-dollar luxury on the water,' he said. 'It is a walk-on-walk-off lifestyle. When you arrive at the marina, the boat is sparkling clean, stocked, fuelled and ready to go. When you return, simply head home. Our team of experts takes care of the cleaning and maintenance.'

Riviera Syndication announced the launch of a new Riviera 5000 Sport Yacht during the recent Sydney International Boat Show as well as plans for a magnificent 5800 Sport Yacht in Sydney.

'Our 45 Flybridge in the Whitsundays will soon be joined by a 5800 Sport Yacht,' he said.

'As well as enjoying quality lifestyle on home waters, our owners can take advantage of exchange use of boats along the eastern seaboard and now in Western Australia,' said Mr Russell. 'One week, you may be exploring the anchorages of the Whitsunday Islands and the next you could be on magnificent Sydney Harbour.'

Riviera Syndication offers shares in a range of luxury Riviera cruisers for a period of three years.

'Typically, we offer 10 percent equity in each boat,' explained John Russell. 'An up-front fee secures the share and then owners simply pay ongoing maintenance costs plus fuel. At the end of three years, the boat is sold and equity returned to the owners.'

Riviera Syndication is in booth 364, hall 3 at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre at Southbank. It begins at 10am on Thursday, August 27 and runs through to Sunday, August 30. Tickets are $16 for adults with a two-day pass for $24.
