Junior F1 Series. Lancashire Powerboat Racing Club's Matt Palfreyman will next week head to China to take part in what is being dubbed the Junior F1 Series. Matt who has been racing for 5 years now started racing at the Junior level in the J250 monohull class where he came runner up in the championship during 2006 and 2007. 2008 saw him continue in the J250 class until the latter half of the year and with it his 16th Birthday.
