F1 H2O World Championship -The paddock has been put into place for less than 36 hours and already the strategy is starting. New drivers and new teams have been jockeying into position filled with a lot of talk and mystery for the opening round of the U.I.M. F1 H2O World Championship for powerboating at the Ninth Grand Prix of Qatar in Doha Bay.
