Australian Offshore Challenge is attracting entrants from all over Australia for next February's Bass Strait Rally. The organisers say entries so far include teams from as far afield as Cardwell FNQ, Perth, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne, but the strongest level of interest so far has come from Tasmania. The level of registration from Tasmanian teams is well above expectations, as Tassy power boating enthusiasts recognise the opportunity to take on one of Australia's best boating challenges - the crossing of Bass Strait.
