The Best Odyssey is an ocean going luxury catamaran dedicated to the pursuit of wind and water sports.  She's on a five year mission circumnavigating the globe in search of the world's most exceptional and untouched kiteboarding locations.  In addition to kiteboarding, she's equipped to provide many more adventures - snorkelling, scuba diving, paddle boarding, paragliding, surfing, fishing, and sailing - all in the most remote and exotic places on earth.

No dream kiteboarding adventure would be complete without the company of the world's hottest professional talent.  So joining the excursion will be Best's Nine Time World Champion - and fashion magazine cover girl - Kristin Boese.  Listed in the Guinness Book of World Records for her championships in freestyle, wave riding and course racing, Kristin will be on board to provide the winner with expert kiteboarding guidance and instruction.

Entrants must submit photographs and taglines, in English, that show how their lives are 'Driven By Wind.' Photographs must include prominent representation of 2010 Best Kiteboarding products, and will be judged by a panel of experts on their creativity and humor.  

The winner will be announced in September, 2010.  The voyage on board the Best Odyssey will take place during the winter of 2011. Q. How can I enter?
A. Simply purchase any Best inflatable kite, bar or board between June 1st and August 31st either
online at www.bestkiteboarding.com or at your authorized dealer to be eligible to enter. Then

photos.

Q. How can I win?
A. Register online and submit a photo and tagline showing 2010 Best Kiteboarding gear and
explaining why/how you are driven by wind. The winning photograph will be determined by a
panel of experts.

Q. What can I win?
A. A trip for 4 aboard the Best Odyssey in the Cape Verde Islands, with an estimated value of
$20,000. You are responsible for travel to and from the boat.

Q. When is the trip?
A. The trip will take place during the winter of 2011 - most likely in mid-February.

Q. How will you know when my gear was purchased?
A. Oh, we'll know, don't worry. After the winner is chosen we will validate the purchase by
checking proof of purchase with the retail account.

Q. How many times can I enter?
A. You can submit up to five entries for every qualifying purchase you make. If you buy one bar,
you can enter five photos. If you buy a bar and a board, you can enter 10 photos. You get the
idea.

Q. How does the voting work?
A. Enter your submissions and have friends vote online at
media.bestkiteboarding.com/gallery/. Votes will contribute to the overall ranking and
will be considered by the panel of judges when making their decision. However, the decision
rests entirely in the hands of the panel of judges.

Q. Is there a minimum age?
A. You must by 18 years old to enter.

Q. Do I need a valid passport?
A. Yes, and it must be valid through September, 2011 in order to be allowed into the Cape Verde
Islands.

Q. Is everything included?
A. All food, non-alcoholic beverages, and activities on board are included. You are responsible
for your own transportation to and from the boat.

Q. What if I can't make it for when the trip is scheduled?
A. Unfortunately, if potential winner is unavailable for any reason, prize will be forfeited and an
alternate winner selected.

Q. Who are the judges and how do they decide?
A. We have selected a panel of judges from the sports and media worlds. Their names must
remain anonymous in order to avoid tampering.! The judges will make their decision based on
the following criteria: 1) creativity/originality (33.3%); 2) humor (33.3%); 3) prominence and
effective use of Sponsor's product as measured by popularity of photo and other factors
(33.33%). In the event of a tie, "prominence and effective use of Sponsor's product" shall be the
tie-breaker. Potential winner will be notified by e-mail and/or phone on or about September 15,
2010.

Q. If you have to be 18 to enter, why do you make provisions for "minors" entering the contest?
A. In many countries and states, "minors" may be defined as people who are not yet 21 years
old. If you are 18 or over but live in a jurisdiction that still categorizes you as a "minor" then you
must have written permission from your guardian.
