Surfers jumping 20ft high off 1ft waves, without footstraps!

Ian Alldredge doing what he does best...
Kitesurfing just got a whole lot cooler, with strapless aerials becoming more and more extreme.

Check out the footage below of strapless kitesurfing masters Ian Alldredge and Teddy Lyons going big off the coast of Mexico. Despite the tiny swell, these guys are busting out massive aerials including 360's and even a bankroll or two. Rewind 12 months and even the smallest strapless air on a kite board was considered a big thing - now, if you're not 5 meters high and upside down, nobody thinks twice about it.

Who's Teddy Lyons? He's a new kitesurfing grommet on the block from Ocean city, New Jersey. Earlier this season the 17 year old won a competition with BWS and scored a truckload of free gear. The freebies spring-boarded him to fame and fortune (helped along by his best mate Ian Alldredge of course) with the rising surf brand Ben Wilson Surf. Teddy's now one of the many high caliber paid riders already on the BWS team, like Ryland Blakeney, Ian Alldrege and Josh Mulcoy.

Check out the legend and the grommie's unique riding styles and see if you can understand how that board stays on their feet!
