The 2011 World Freestyle champion, Youri Zoon has just released one of the best kiteboarding videos you'll ever see on the internet. It's called Forward, and it's a series about his life after winning the title. 

"He seems to have a natural style about him. And seems very commited" Wise words from Pete Cabrinha, but it sums up the man quite well and once you've seen this movie you'll appreciate the amount of work that goes into being a professional kiteboarder. Chapter one - Setback takes you on the journey Youri's taken over the last few years, while filming the movie "Hidden Lines" with his mates in Chile, Youri began to suffer problems breathing. Diagnosed with acute asthma, Youri was dealt a majot blow to his career, one which doctors weren't sure he'd recover from. 

As the old guy says, the only thing to do was to move forward. So the story then moves on to the first PKRA stop in Morocco for the 2012 season. Youri defeats 'his closest rival' Alex Pastor in the finals, winning him the event and setting Youri up for what would come to be his second world championship win.
