Ben Wilson Surf announces Ryland Blakeney has joined the team. Ry will join the Global Athlete Program alongside Ben Wilson. BWS and Ry will also be working closely together in all facets of designing & R&D for 2011 and onwards.

Ben Wilson, BWS Founder said, "BWS is really excited to be aligning with a rider of Ryland's caliber. Ry is at the forefront of kite surfing and shares the same vision of bridging the gap between surfing and kiting in the future. I'm also really looking forward to traveling with Ry.

He charges really hard and wants to hit some big slabs on the kite and he really pushes my riding plus gives credibility to our vision. Ry added, "I am so happy to be working with BWS. Ben has always had a clear vision
for the surf-side of kiteboarding and I was stoked when the opportunity came up to ride for BWS. Ben has been a professional rider for years now, so he really knows the in's and out's of how it all works.
