New photo album from Axis - oh wait that's a board!

Could this be the new face (get it!?) of kiteboards?
Pictures emerged from Axis this week of their new wakestyle board called the Tranq (as in 'tranquil' we presume), which has been helped come to fruition by Alex Lewis-Hughes (Sir Rowdy) himself.

Instead of the usual graphics applied by almost every kiteboarding company in the world, we instead find somewhat of a photo album, the subject of which is still unknown and the photo’s too small to really see the pictures, but it is certainly an interesting concept.

With the unfortunate demise of Cardboards this year, gone are the days of getting your own graphics printed on a kiteboard. So what will clucky new fathers and reminiscent teens do now?

Maybe the industry will take to printing pictures of their favourite team riders all over their new board lines.

Will it catch on in the kiteboarding industry?
