Spend 80-90% of your time at the beach helping, riding with & coaching the customers.  All instructor positions have base wages to cover food, hourly rates for lessons and bonuses to ensure your costs are covered (getting to and from Cocos) & offers you the opportunity to make money doing what you love in paradise.
