Kitestock 2009 - pre event update

Report to hand is that the beach is clean so all that will be needed is a light grading tomorrow make it perfect. Very little chance of any big weed build up during the event. Huge thanks to Irwin Shire for the clean-up machines.
Local prediction is that there will be a strong seabreeze influence each day over-riding the already strong SSSEly from midday onwards.
The last week has seen the seabreezes dropping off to light in the very late afternoon till after dark.
Sounds almost too good to be true but don't uncross your fingers just yet - please.
With just days to go....
Well this is it folks. The BIG one is nigh and what a feast of features we have planned for you. With a little help from the gods Kitestock 09 just might be the 'best yet'. All indications are that it will be a small kite event but with niggling rumours of cyclonic influences and other such demons anything is possible. We suggest that; along with your plates, knives & forks; you pack everything you've got just in case the forecasts go pear shaped at the last moment.
DON'T MISS OUT ON THE ACTION
There are still a lot of the earlier registered kitestockers who have not gone back to complete the second section of their registration. Sorry to do this to you but it is a necessary part of your entry AND you will miss out on a significant prize winning opportunity if your mobile phone no. is not recorded against your name.
The EVENTS PROGRAM
Latest version is still being updated as it develops.
You can check our progress at www.waksa.com/kitestock/programme/.
