Word is out that a few guys are possibly getting a bit close to beach goers.

200m sounds quite far, but I guess the point is stay well away from the beach and the buoys.

The beach inspector was very friendly and doing his job -- even gave a few kiters a lift back up to city beach and launched a few kites whilst asking us to stay clear.

I thought it be a good time just to be reminded - particularly as there has been "formal" complaints and the beach inspector will be forced to act --- or even worse, the council..."
