Details are scarce on whats happening up in Alva beach, QLD for the Australian Kiteboarding nationals. They tell us they've got no phone reception, but we reckon the XXXX Summer Kombi is handing out too many beers!

Looks like there's a bit of wind around though, with lots of kiters out riding in the awesome flat water up there in Alva. Big kites seem to the choose for most, with lots of 17's and 18's dominating the clear blue skies.
