Sam Julien and his buddy Max Flinn have had gourmet sandwiches and cookies for sale during Chester Race Week for the racers. Sam is the son of Laura and Didier Julien who have a wonderful patisserie up the street called Julien's, from the Chester Yacht Club. For the past three years, Sam has put in his orders for lunches at the restaurant and arrives down at the yacht club with a cooler and umbrella in time to be at the entrance to the dock when the sailors head out for the day.
