Volvo Ocean Race sailing team Groupama go through medical training in preparation for the race. Training for the Volvo Ocean Race is not only a matter of how many days you can spend at sea, or how much weight you can save. It involves so much more - including health care. As part of such global training, four Groupama's crew members attended a medical workshop.
