Velux 5 Oceans - Ocean racers sign eco charter. The Velux 5 Oceans skippers today pledged their commitment to sustainability at sea by signing an Eco Charter in front of distinguished guests including the Deputy Mayor of La Rochelle and Sir Robin Knox-Johnston. The Eco Charter states that the sailors will do all they can to limit their impact on the planet as they sail 30,000 miles round the world solo.
