Velux 5 Oceans 2010-2011 title has gone to Brad Van Liew, the American skipper who has now sailed into the record books, winning every leg of the challenge for the second time. The 43-year-old American skipper has now become the sole sailor in the 29-year history of the race to clean sweep two races. With the first sweep being in the 2002-03 race, he is now the first American to race solo around the world three times.
